Tomato Baked Bass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild or brown rice
    2 or 3 sticks celery, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large white onion, chopped
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 to 4 bass fillets
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare the rice according to package directions.
    The rice should be fully prepared before the fish is baked.
