Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Mix with 2 3/4 cups scalding milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
