Tender Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boneless
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chicken broth
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 bag frozen Hanover broccoli spears
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to thin slices. If the breasts are thick, use a knife to fillet them first and then pound them.
    Dip flattened chicken in flour.
    Heat oil in pan and brown the chicken breasts lightly.
    In a deep pan on top of stove, add 1 can chicken broth and 1 package onion soup mix. Add chicken and simmer. Add the broccoli spears.
    Cover and cook until done. Serve over rice.
