Ingredients

1 qt. salmon, remove skin and larger bones (but use the juice)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. rye flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all together.
Roll flat into patties and fry.
Eat a lot!
