Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) dates (figs or dry prunes)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in sugar,
    oil,
    water and pie filling. Add flour, baking soda, salt
    and
    cinnamon and mix well.
    Stir in fruit and nuts.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Put in three 9-inch loaf pans, 1/3 batter in each pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until bread pulls away from sides of pans.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Cool loaves on rack until completely cool.
    Yield:
    3 loaves.
