Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and put in pan.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook potatoes until tender.
    Sprinkle with flour and mix.
    Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
