Island Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
    2 c. red tropical punch
    1 (1 oz.) bottle coconut flavoring
    2 c. sugar
    1 (2 liter) 7-Up or Sprite, chilled
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice (except 2 cups), tropical punch, coconut flavoring.
    In medium saucepan, combine the reserved 2 cups pineapple juice with the sugar.
    Heat until sugar dissolves. Add to punch mixture.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add 7-Up or Sprite.
