Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar together.
Add eggs, carrots and pineapple. Mix in dry ingredients and blend well.
Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
Bake in 2 greased and lightly floured cake pans.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
