One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Put warm water in large bowl; add yeast with mixer at low speed.
    Add the next 4 ingredients.
    Increase mixer speed and slowly add 2 cups flour.
    Stir in 2 more cups of flour with a spoon.
    (If needed, add a little more flour at a time until dough is workable.)
    Let rise 15 to 20 minutes.
    Knead dough down in bowl 5 or 6 times.
    Make up into rolls.
    Let rise 20 minutes and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    This dough makes good cinnamon rolls.
