Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix
well
first 6 ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at
350\u00b0
for 35 minutes or until pie is set when shaken. Recipe may
be
doubled
to make 3 pies.
May be frozen after baking.
