Roasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. pecan pieces
    12 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate or flavored candy coating
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
    Spread pecans evenly in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Melt candy coating in a double boiler.
    Cool 2 minutes and then add pecans.
    Stir until all is coated.
    Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
    Cool completely.
    Yield:
    4 dozen.
