Citrus Marinade(For Pork, Chicken Or Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 2 limes
    juice of 2 oranges
    1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    2 to 3 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
    4 to 6 pieces meat or fish
Preparation
    In a large, nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients. Marinate pork, chicken or fish.
    Pork and chicken may be marinated all day.
    Grill meat or fish.
    Remaining marinade may be heated at medium-high until reduced and pour over.
