Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. carrots, scraped and cut diagonally
    1 c. broccoli, bite size
    1 c. cauliflower, bite size
    1/4 c. low-fat or fat-free Italian dressing
    1 pkg. sweetener
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare carrots and place in bottom of steamer pan over boiling water.
    Prepare cauliflower and place in pan on top of carrots.
    Prepare broccoli and place in pan on top of cauliflower. Steam until broccoli is tender-crisp.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Pour into a colander and rinse with cold water.
    Place in a bowl and pour over a mixture of dressing, salt, pepper and sweetener.
    Stir gently to mix.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to mix.
