Apple Crisp(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 tart cooking apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation

Place apples in a deep dish; sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
