Pearl'S Banana Bread(Originally From Pearl Dunbar, Who Is Baking This In Heaven!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour, sifted at least once
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. soda
3 bananas
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening with bananas.
Add eggs, flour and soda and stir well.
Add vanilla and nuts and stir well.
Pour into a loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
