Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. Pet milk
    2 c. pecan halves
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    1 block paraffin
Preparation
    Melt caramels in milk in top of double boiler; remove from heat and add pecan halves.
    Drop by spoonfuls (about 3 pecan halves) onto buttered cookie sheet and set in refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours or set in deep freeze for about 45 minutes.
