Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 onions, sliced
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
Preparation
    Flour meat on both sides with first four ingredients combined. Brown on both sides.
    Also brown the onions, then add tomatoes and simmer for 2 hours.
