Woodford'S Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. jam
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. flour
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in order listed.
Bake in lightly greased loaf pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until fairly firm in center.
Let cool some to set.
Good served with Cool Whip or other topping.
(Can also be put in shallower pan and cooked in slower oven, but we like it crusty.)
