Jerry D'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg
    5 drops Worcestershire sauce
    20 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together with crab meat.
    Mix egg, mustard, mayonnaise and Worcestershire and blend it gently together by hand with the crab meat mix.
    Broil 5 minutes on each side.
    Makes 5 crab cakes.
