Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
    pie filling or fresh fruit
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Pour mixture over cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool.
    Top with Cool Whip mixed with your favorite fruit or pie filling.
