Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In bowl, combine cheese, egg, crumbs, garlic and softened butter.
    Remove stems from mushrooms; place unfilled mushrooms rounded side up on baking sheet.
    Brush tops with melted butter; broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned.
    Remove and turn; fill with mixture.
    Return filled mushrooms to broiler; broil 1 to 2 minutes more.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
