No-Fat Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can nonfat refried beans
1 small carton nonfat sour cream
1 jar salsa
1 lb. cooked hamburger, drained and rinsed with water
1 small onion
1 pkg. nonfat shredded cheese
chopped lettuce (to your taste)
Preparation

Place refried beans on platter. Spread sour cream on top of beans.
Add hamburger, lettuce and onion.
Spread salsa on top of all ingredients.
Top with cheese. All ingredients will be layered when finished. Dip with guiltless gourmet taco chips or any nonfat chips.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
