Blueberry Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 egg
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or thawed/frozen)
Preparation
    Mix together all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Make well in center and add vanilla, orange juice, vegetable oil, low-fat yogurt and egg.
    Lastly, add blueberries. Stir until moistened.
    Divide batter into 12 muffin cups (line with paper cups, optional).
    Sprinkle a bit of sugar over muffins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
