Snickerdoodles Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix; roll in balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll in mixture of 5 tablespoons sugar and 4 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten.
    Bake at 275\u00b0.
    Yield: 100.
