Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Put hash browns in a 9 x 12 pan or a 3 quart casserole.
    Melt one stick of margarine and pour over the potatoes.
    Mix the chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper together. This will be very thick.
    Pour mixture over the potatoes and butter.
    Melt the other stick of margarine and mix with the corn flakes.
    Layer on top of the casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    This is definitely meant for a crowd.
