Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 bunch broccoli, cut bite size
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    onion to taste, grated
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine sugar, dry mustard, salt, wine vinegar, onion and celery seed together and add to vegetables.
    Chill 6 hours or overnight.
    Serves 10 to 12.
