Polish Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 head cabbage
    3 slices bacon
    2 c. tomato soup
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    In large pot, boil water.
    Cut into core of cabbage.
    Place whole cabbage in boiling water.
    Separate leaves from cabbage; let cool.
    Mix beef, veal and pork together.
    Add rice, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Place spoonful of meat mixture in center of cabbage; fold bottom, then side over, then top.
    Place in lasagna dish with bacon strips on bottom.
    Arrange cabbage in dish.
    Top with soup and brown sugar.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
