Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can beer (room temperature)
Preparation
-
Stir flour and sugar together.
Add beer and mix well, approximately 25 strokes.
Pour in buttered bread pan and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
This bread will be heavy.
