Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 onions, finely chopped
2 bell peppers, finely chopped
1/4 c. flour
2 buttons minced garlic
1 pt. half and half
2 tsp. jalapeno relish
Parmesan cheese
3 celery stems, finely chopped
3 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
3 lb. crawfish tails
1 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. fine fettucine
salt
red and black pepper
Preparation

Melt butter; add onion, celery and bell pepper.
Cook, covered, until tender (15 to 20 minutes).
Add flour.
Continue cooking with cover on for 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Add parsley and crawfish tails.
Cook approximately 15 minutes, stirring frequently, to prevent sticking.
Add half and half, Velveeta (save some), jalapeno relish, minced garlic, salt and pepper (red and black) to taste. Cook on low heat approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
