Bacon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. ground beef, crumbled
    1/4 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
    1 lb. sliced bacon, cut into thirds
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 1 cup water in saucepan.
    Remove from heat. Combine with stuffing mix in large bowl, mixing well.
    Chill.
    Add remaining ingredients except bacon, mixing well.
    Shape into pecan-shaped balls.
    Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place into baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
