1 small onion, finely chopped
5 eggs, separated
2 dashes Tabasco
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
6 oz. Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
parsley flakes
