Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes, cooked
    3/4 c. onions, diced
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green peppers, diced
    2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt (I use less)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    diced ham and cheese to taste
Preparation
    Wash potatoes. Boil them until done, but don't overcook. Cool. Peel and cut into bite size pieces. Combine in another bowl the Miracle Whip, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir and then add diced onions, celery and green peppers. Pour over potatoes. Add diced ham and cheese and gently stir.
