Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried lima beans
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain.
    Add warm water; boil until tender with mustard and salt.
    Drain, saving liquid.
    Put in casserole dish or roaster.
    Add brown sugar, sour cream and bacon. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    If beans look dry, add some of the liquid, drained off, after boiling.
    Makes 6 servings.
