Best Ever Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. oats
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of allspice
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine egg, onion, milk, oats and seasonings.
    Blend and add meat; mix well.
    Pack into a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
