German-Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Mix coconut and pecans together in a bowl.
Spread into bottom of pan.
Make German chocolate cake according to directions on box.
Spread over coconut and nuts.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter. Spoon over cake mix and swirl through mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Yield:
1 cake.
