Sausage Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lbs. sausage or fried turkey, cooked and drained well
    1 or 2 lb. pkg. of cream cheese
    2 to 4 cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preparation
    After meat is cooked, stir in cream cheese and keep stirring until it has simmered.
    Adjust oven to the degree specified on the can of rolls.
    Use a flat 9 x 12 or 10 x 13 pan.
    Roll out 1 to 2 cans of crescent rolls and cover the bottom of the pan, making sure that no holes are open.
    Spread meat and cheese mixture on top of rolls and then use the remaining can(s) of rolls to cover the top.
    Bake according to instructions on the can or until medium brown.
