Kau-Sheng Rib (Sweet And Sour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 stalk broccoli
    1 Tbsp. wine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 Tbsp. water
    4 pieces ginger
Preparation
    Cut ribs into 1-inch pieces.
    Cut broccoli stem off; steam for 1 minute.
    Put ribs, wine, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water and pieces of ginger in large pot.
    Cover.
    Bring to boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat; stew for 20 minutes until sauce is thick.
    Lay steamed broccoli on the bottom of the plate.
    Place ribs with sauce on top.
