Fruited Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. herbed, seasoned stuffing mix
    3 (.9 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit (these are the snack-pack size and type)
    2 Tbsp. raisins (I use golden)
    6 (1-inch thick) center cut pork chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in 1/4 cup margarine until tender; remove from heat.
    Add stuffing mix, mixed dried fruit and raisins; stir well and set aside.
