Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sausage, crumbled
    1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
    14 oz. kraut, well drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. parsley
    dash of garlic salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onions and sausage until brown.
    Drain.
    Add kraut and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs.
    Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, pepper and garlic salt.
    Stir in kraut mixture.
    Chill.
