Mushroom Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. melted shortening or salad oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl; make a well in the center.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture.
Stir until just mixed.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes about 11 muffins.
