Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tea bags
    1 3/4 c. sugar or to taste
    handful mint tips or 1 rounded tsp. mint flakes
    juice of 3 lemons (with the rinds)
Preparation
    In a large crockery pitcher, place tea bags, sugar, mint tips or mint flakes and juice of lemons with the rinds.
    Pour a teapot of boiling water over this and let stand until cool.
    Strain into a gallon pitcher.
    Be sure to re-squeeze lemons and add enough water to make a gallon.
    Serve over ice.
