Black Bottom Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, unbeaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt and mix well.
    Stir chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture.
    In another bowl, sift the following together: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the flour mixture.
    Fill 24 muffin cups one-third full with the chocolate batter.
    Top each one with a heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
