Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice (white and wild rice mixture)
    1 (4 oz.) can pimento, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain well.
    Add other ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
    Garnish with parsley or ripe olives.
