Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 X 13 cake pan; set aside.
    Cream together butter, oil, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
    Stir together the remaining dry ingredients.
    Add to liquid, mixing well.
    Add grated zucchini, mixing well.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
