Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add nuts and dates.
    Beat eggs and add slowly to mixture.
    Form into little balls.
    Roll in sugar.
    Bake on greased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
