Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef
1 pkg. tiny egg noodles
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown lean beef.
Drain.
Cook egg noodles and drain.
Drain corn and tomatoes.
Chop onion and bell pepper.
Place all ingredients in large bowl.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put into lightly oiled casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Good with a tossed salad and garlic bread sticks.
