Garden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. green or yellow wax beans*
    2 medium carrots*
    2 medium ears corn*
    3/4 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 c. couscous, rice or barley
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    *These vegies can be canned.
