Seafood Bisque Pronto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed green pea soup
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 c. light cream
    1 lb. crab meat (frozen or fresh) or 1 lb. cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp, cut in quarters
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. rum
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine pea and tomato soups with cream in saucepan; heat 15 minutes, stirring often.
    (Do not boil.)
    Add crab meat or shrimp; simmer 10 minutes.
    (Do not boil.)
    Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar and rum.
    Serve in consomme cups; garnish with chives.
