Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped peaches
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix flour, salt and baking soda together, then add to sugar mixture.
Add peaches, nuts and vanilla.
Mix together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
