Oatmeal Herb Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    2 eggs, beaten or equivalent Egg Beaters
    2 c. Vegeburger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients well.
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add salt, basil and oregano.
    Blend all ingredients together and place in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minute or until done.
    Yields 6 servings.
